Lived in Little River, SC in 2021-2023 and worked all over the Grand Strand as a pharmaceutical rep and the list given to you by @vwesley at the beginning of the thread is probably the most comprehensive and one I can wholeheartedly say you couldn’t go wrong with.

I’d add one caveat: the traffic getting down into Pawleys Island during that March/April timeframe can be a major frustration for golfers if you have earlier tee times. You could leave on time for your round and a pre-round warmup range sessions, but it takes 40 minutes to an an hour longer due to vacationers/snowbirds adding to the already congested “rush hour” traffic. If you’re staying near Myrtlewood, you’ll have plenty of GREAT golf north of you.

With that being said, it is such a shame to come to the Grand Strand and NOT play True Blue or Caledonia. They are Mike Stranz gems and unforgettable in so many ways.
