How am I able to find a fitting near me? I search fitting on titleist.com and nothing comes up within 100 miles of my location.

I didn’t expect to see anything near the state of Iowa. As I am planning to making a fitting the Titleist way and visiting Oceanside, CA! Currently playing 718 AP3’s and driving the TSi3. Due for some upgrades and more yards
  5. Can you actually order at these events or are the strictly fittings?

You can order at the time of the fitting.

Have an appointment for July 23 with the same fitter I had for my irons last year.

Looking forward to seeing if the GT2 or GT3 models fit my game better.

Has pricing been set? Id like to know cost before committing to non-refundable fitting fees.

I’ve been tinkering and doing my own DIY experiments for my driver….Looking forward to get a real fit next Tuesday at Rustic Canyon!
  11. I had the opportunity to hit the GT2 about 1.5 weeks ago when I was getting fitted for irons by Titleist. It was an excellent performer for me with the Tensei 1K Blue shaft. In fact, it was significantly better for me than the TSR 2 (similar shaft) in a side-by-side shootout. I was considering the TSR 2 because of the recent price reduction but decided to wait on the GT2. The only disappointment was I could order it, but availability is still seveal months out. By then golfing season will be shutting down here. I will definately revist this in the Spring.
  12. 7/17 in New Jersey. Can’t wait.
  13. Where in NJ can't seem to find any close to PA

Going on July 27th for my fitting! Super stoked to see the new models & available shafts. Also, excited to get to hit each model and see which one I’ll fit into, along with the differences between my TSr3 and the GT’s. Can’t wait!!!

I have my fitting tomorrow and it is all I can think about. I got fit for the TS4 a few years back...switched to the TSi3 last year after a friend gave me his driver. Now...I am ready for it. I am super stoked to swing these bad boys and can't wait to have my own in hand!

Keep up the great work all!

UPDATE: Got fitted yesterday afternoon. I can't say enough about the results and the feel of these woods. Holy cow.

Current setup & numbers: TSi3 8.0/B2 with slight draw setting in the weight. Ventus Black XS (-.5").
According to the Trackman, carry is around 275-280. Clubhead speed around 112. Ball speed around 165 (IIRC). Spin around 2600.

Tested the GT3 8.0/B2 with full draw setting and 2 extra grams on the weight. Ventus Black XS.
According to the Trackman, carry is around 300 (!!!!!). Clubhead speed around 116. Ball speed around 170 (Hit 173 once). Spin around 2200-2300.

The numbers don't lie, but the FEEL of these things had me pull my wallet out faster than I could say "generational technology!"

What Titleist have done with this drop is incredible. While the club felt a bit heavier in the hand, it was overly so...very sturdy feeling. But even with this, swinging the club and getting these numbers felt effortless. Misses were much tighter in dispersion and still incredibly long compared to my TSi. Unreal.

I also picked up a 3w...I won't bore you with the numbers on that one, but it is relatively the same story as above. I will have a new gap to fill in between my 3w and utility iron...guess I need to look into a T200 utility build, huh?

Thank you Titleist for this lineup. These really are game changers IMHO.
  18. Fortunate to get fit a couple of weeks ago. Very exciting technology and amazing performance. Specs are set and ready to be ordered!

Fitting complete on the 9th. While the driver showed enough of a gain to make the switch (from TSR2) the fairway woods showed the biggest gains.

Ended up with a GT2 driver, GT3 3 and 5 woods. All with Graphite Design VF-6 shafts.

Order placed, now the wait begins......
  20. I saw Australia and other global locations are doing fittings! Wow, this is a big rollout...

    Awesome!!
  21. Just sitting in the airport on my way home from the Canadian TT event.
All I can say is well done Team!!
Super impressed with the amenities at Fox Harbour resort, the service was impeccable, and the TT staff were just awesome.

If anyone cares for further details, let me know, but I picked up 7 mph ball speed, closed dispersion by 30%, dropped spin rate into the mid 2000's, and gained 12 yds overall vs my "best setup" Cobra Darkspeed LS

Can't say enough, thanks for the invite!!
  22. Hi! Received a fitting email. Maybe a silly question, but if we go get fitted at these special GT events, do we need to order on site? I have some shop credit at my local club I want to use, which is my reason for asking. Don’t want to disrespect anyone’s time.

You pay a $100 fee to reserve your spot for the fitting, and if you choose to order, that fee will be credited to the new order. If you want to order from your club and use your shop credits, ask them if they will host a fitting with Titleist. My club just had one last week, though I was already scheduled for something else.
  24. I am aware at the present time there will be GT 2 , 3 & 4. Curious if and / when there will be a GT 1? In the past with the TS 1 and TSR 1 , they were introduced later in the fall.
