  1. I played a lot in my 20’s and took a 15 year break. Just started back this year and so far my best round was a 78. Haven’t shot higher than an 86, looking forward to dialing it in a little more in the coming months. If all goes well ima head to Myrtle Beach next year and jump in that big Amateur Championship tournament just for the fun of it and the experience. I hope you all have a great day and my your putts see the bottom of the cup.

Well, for me, it is 39-39=78 earlier this summer (par 70). With a double on 1, from the fairway, and a 3-putt double on 16. The kicker? Course was 5600 yds, or, it played about as long for me as a PGA Tour course for Dustin Johnson. That means I had plenty of short iron approaches and a reachable 'par-5' with a 5 iron (I was over the back a bit on this hole). Could have been at least a few lower had I not had a bunch (and I mean, A BUNCH) of putts 3" short and in the jaws.

  3. I am a 12 year old golfer and my lowest round this year is a 65 (5 under) at my home course of Birmingham Country Club. I played the East course and played the member tees (the 3 tees). My lowest round ever is a 62 (8 under) from the 2 tees about 2 years ago on the East Course.

Was playing with my men's group yesterday. Second time since July 14th. Still taking care of my wife but am finally able to start getting away sparingly. Was proud of my 43 on the front. Never missed a fairway all day. Short game still suspect and putting bipolar. When we got on the back, the group in front of us was not part of the normal morning groups. We were a threesome we went first, so we would play faster. But by the time we reached the back nine, that group was down two holes. We WAITED on every hole on the back nine and the heat index was approaching 110*. Shot a 47 on the back (Three triple bogies). Was just getting it back together and this happens. You could tell they were not familiar with the course because they were out of position on every shot on the back nine. And the back nine is the easiest to play. Well it is tourist season in Charleston and this is not normal for early tee times. Proud of my 43 in that have not really been able to play or practice.

22 rounds since March 1 and my lowest is an 85...most proud of the fact that only 2 of those have been over 100.
I'm not good but I at least I have found some consistency!
  10. Love that.. im so up and down at the moment.. just struggle to keep it all going towards the end of the round but working on that!

I shot a 77 on a 70.2 rating/127 slope course. That gave me my 4th round in the 70's to go with 16 in the 80's and 30 some in the 90's. There is a line forming to get into a money game against me. lol I'm going have to find some consistency before I go broke.
  12. haha thankfully i dont think its just you... golfs a tricky one hey!

I shot 72 even par at my local course last year. 6 birdies 6 bogeys. I didn’t even know the score until we added it up at the end. I knew it was good but not sure exactly. Rolling in putts from 5-20 feet was how I did it. It’s hard to get it all to click at the same time.

Congrats on your gains! I’m down to a 3.8 from a 7 beginning of last year. Lowest round this year was a 70 with a double on the last hole . Looking for that magic again…
  18. yeah that is some magic.. great work!
  19. PB of even par 72 at Leslie Park in Ann Arbor, MI. Hoping to post a few more 70's before the end of the season here in MI.

Recently added T100s to my arsenal and shot a personal best 77!
  22. Matched me exactly then.. great stuff
  23. I was recently handed down a set of Titleist 775 CB and let me tell you!! I was playing an older set of png irons that were also handed down to me when I was 16, first round I played with the 775’s I was flying every green by 20/30 yards for the first few holes! Blew me away! After dialing them in I shot my lowest round in a while of 77 at Ole Miss University course where my wife and I are members! Loved the feel and power these irons gave me, couldn’t even imagine the newer technology they have out today!

These 775’s have made a world of a difference for me!

This year has been a struggle. I have spent most of my time at the beach and have have not played very much. I think by lowest is in the low 80's but have been averaging in the mid 80's. As long as I have a good time with buddies on the course, score seems to matter less and less.

I started the year playing my best golf, and tied my low round score of 73 at Traditions in Wallingford, CT…place where I got married 15 years ago. As of late I have been sh@&$ing my wedges and causing bogey golf. Hopefully working it out. Play well everyone!
  26. I shot my career low round at my club a few weeks ago a 2 under 69. I used the Pro V1x left dash to get it done.
