  1. It is really a laborious process to find out which model putters SC carries in Left Hand. You have to go putter by putter. I was under the impression that like most Titleist clubs there were a lot of lefty putter options made, just not in stores, so i’d scheduled a fitting at the SC Gallery in February. It is disappointing to here that they aren’t producing many left hand model putters.

For those tracking LH models, it is now up to 4 - Newport 2 and 3 and Futura 5CB and 6M. I may work with a putter shop closer to spring with the Newport-3, although for appearance, I'd prefer the look of the Squareback. I get that some LH examples may have fewer sales than the total number of Cameron showcases, but they could be special order only and maybe the local rep would need to bring in a sample on request for a scheduled fitting. This comes down to the proverbial chicken and egg. Can't sell what you don't offer. With the going price of a Scottie, adding a couple of more models with limited release should help cover the cost of some of the one-off prototypes on tour.

I originally found Titleist as only Titleist and png were full line for LH clubs. Any doubt - find a Miz in LH. It is disappointing that SC doesn't offer more LH options. I have a LH Newport 2 and a RH C&C Mallet-2. I would have bought a LH Mallet-2 in a heartbeat. For feel and flow, I love the Mallet-2, and I have good/bad days either LH or RH. I'd love a LH Fastback as the Newport-2 doesn't have enough site line for my comfort. At least I have the option to go RH.
  4. Can we please have a Newport 2.5??????????????? Much prefer the minimal offset. Spent 20 years putting with an Anser 4 and after trying a GoLo5 and futura mallets, have gone to a Newport 2 but it just doesn't feel right. Bought an Odyssey similar to the Anser 4 and loving it. If the Newport 2.5 comes back out in LH I will buy it the first week.

Lefties get the best deals on clubs.

E.g.: On 2d Swing.com, a near mint condition TM M3 is $478.99 for a right hand model. The same club, same 9.5 condition, but left hand model starts at $425.99 and goes down.

I've been on the hunt for a lefty CT and options are even more limited when it comes to those! Its no fun being a lefty and always getting left out of the fun
it won't let me send you one. Try sending me one

Sorry for some reason I thought that I was on Footjoy Community where we can send messages. Contact Rand at Art Of Putters and he can most likely order one for you. You can discuss what you want in a lefty putter. I hope that this helps. Sometimes he'll have a lefty for sale on his site.

If off the shelf and the Gallery don’t have what you’re looking for, try eBay. I looked and there are a lot of left handed SC putters listed.

Is this it? If so it’s listed on eBay.

I have a Cameron&Crown RH and a Newport-3 LH. I can use either, but am focusing on the LH this year. PXG is the only "exotic" priced line with a full line of LH. Early on in getting into golf at 59, I looked at Miz, but had almost nothing LH. The TS1/T400 products are competing with X's and O's line from SRX, and that line is limited in LH. So somewhere there must be a volume drop-off as the price goes up that doesn't justify many LH options. You'd think at the higher price points they could afford smaller runs but I guess not. The manufacturing cost to create a die is the same LH or RH, so the amortization for the setup must get excessive in small batches.

I had wanted to get fit for a LH Futura 7.5 but they still weren't available by June after a March release. The Newport 3 was available and I'm able to work with it. But by choice instead of default would have felt better. That said, I love the feel of a SC over the png/callie "full line" main stream putters. Can't live w/o one.
  13. I’m a huge Scotty fan and even had a friend go to the studio who lives in Southern Cali go to see about buying one. The rep was super helpful but had no lefties and said they only carry the one off lefties a couple times a year and go quick. I learned to find the style I like and send it to Scotty Cameron to color and stamp so I get that one off look at a fraction of the price. Gotta get creative as a southpaw!
