  1. I have been a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grips for about a decade. Easy to get and I switch them out every few months. But they just don't feel the same. Has anyone tried the Golf Pride CPX grip yet, and if so, thoughts?

Lots of great grips out there these days and the only thing that matters is how they feel to you. Go to somewhere like PGA Superstore where they have a huge selection you can try. My advice would be, when you make your selection, do all your grips so you get the same feel on every club (except putter of course). Enjoy! Nothing better than the feel of fresh grips.
  3. I like the feel of the Lamkin grips and feel amazing if my hands sweat

Last year all I could for a bag was the wrap version. Will likely swap the 360 Velvets in the TSR woods added since then.

I have tried the CPX on a few different clubs. My grip of choice for some time has been the CP2 Pro. They both have a similar softer feeling compound, with the CP2 being the softer of the two. It does absorb vibration and has a bit of a tacky feel. Didn't use them in wet weather so I can't say how well they would work on a misty/rainy day. If you are a fan of the firmer feel of a tour velvet these may not suit you. I would recommend trying one on a club you use frequently before going "all in".
  6. Best way is just get one club regripped before having the full set done
