Hey everyone,
We’re beyond excited to share the premier episode of Tom Coyne's new series – The Links Life. If you’re already a fan of Tom’s work, you’ll know that he is a die-hard golfer like most of us and this new series chronicles his golf journey across America. And if you’re not a fan yet, go check out Tom’s work now. His book “A Course Called Scotland” was one of my favorite reads of 2019 and the rest of his catalog is amazing as well.
We’ll be sharing new episodes as they’re released, but in the meantime, here’s the overview for the premier episode:
In episode one of The Links Life, Tom finds himself in the sunshine at two of the newest and most exciting additions to the Florida golf scene. He visits with an old friend from his books, Paddy the Caddy, at Streamsong, a golf resort oasis set in the midst of thousands of acres of sandy reclaimed mining ground. Matt Cardis of @golfinyourstate joins Tom and Paddy to talk about his unique perspective on the game and his life as a wandering golfer.
And at Winter Park near Orlando, Tom tees it up with one of his literary heroes, Billy Collins, US Poet Laureate, at a nine-hole course that has become the template for first-class community golf.
