    Sent in 2 putters to the custom shop a couple weeks before lockdown. Is there an idea of when the shop will open up and start servicing its orders again?

    FOR ALL TITLEIST PUTTER OR CLUB RELATED QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT TITLEIST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (800) 555-9282 OR THE TITLEIST GOLF CLUB WARRANTY & REPAIR DEPARTMENT AT (800) 742-7609.

    Monday - Friday 8-5. You can find out if they are working and shipping.

    Turnaround time is 20 days for customization and up to 120 days for restoration (excluding shipping). Orders including multiple putters may take up to 6 weeks to ship.

    Hopefully this can answer some of your questions.

    Thanks for the responses guys. Received a call yesterday that they had just reopened and they were shipping my putters out. Can’t wait to see them.

    Post pictures when you get them back. Nothing better than Yellow Box day. Try not to wear out the “refresh” button on your web browser tracking the delivery.

    They received mine on 1/8 and I just got it back yesterday.
