    Hi,has any one sent their putter in for just changing paint fill and stamping?if so what's the turn around time?also it's says following the directions after you pay deposit what are they?do you have to print anything out because I don't have a printer any other info be helpful too appreciate it.Thanks,Don.

    Turn around time is about 3 weeks, if I remember correctly. I'm pretty sure you do have to print something to include it in the package so they know what work order it belongs to. You could go to Fedex Kinkos and print from there.

    You will need to place a copy of your custom shop order receipt and in the box. Then print the order number on the outside of the box. Scotty will give you all the shipping info once the order is placed...don't forget a grip and shaft band!

    One other thing Don, think about the return shipping address because someone will have to sign for the delivery.

    Hi,I have another question,if you get a new grip do they remove your grip and send it back to you??

    Ask the the Custom Shop Don good chance they won't but maybe they will tell you it's ok to have it "blown off" before you send it back?

    I've sent in two for stamping and new shaft. I know they put a new grip on with a new shaft. Nice folks if you have a question they'll answer them all. I've got another going back after the holidays for the same thing. a Newport 2.5 select that I won, to go with my Red X and California Del Mar.
