Pretty darn accurate. I would not expect it sooner than that by any means. You can keep checking the status online as it progresses, but you'll drive youself crazy (like I did).

Do you just mail the putter to the custom shop?

I just got my 5th putter back from the custom shop and it took right around the 20 days advertised. I live in HI so I had to do the 2-day FedEx shipping so I got it a little faster after it was mailed out from the custom shop. But all in all pretty accurate.

You have to fist go to the custom shop on scottycameron.com and complete the online form. Once completed you mail your putter in to the custom shop. Hope this helps.

Keep in mind that restoration take much longer than standard custom shop adjustments... FWIW
