Does anyone out there know what kind of finish this is? If so, is it available through the custom shop? Or is it even a finish? haha I know this look probably has polarizing opinions, but I totally dig it! Any info would be great! Thanks Team!

I think that is lead tape that used been used a lot.

It is lead tape...not done very often but in a few cases someone wants a swing weight that is unobtainable by the sole weights lead tape is the best option...

Its just lead tape covering the bottom, probably added to increase the weight evenly on the head.

Just looks like a thin layout of lead tape on a well used putter!

I would say best case scenario is that it's heavily used lead tape... worst case scenario is that it's some kind of paint.
Lead tape on the adjustable weight putters defeats the purpose IMHO since you can easily just change weights...since Scotty came out with the new weight set up I have not used lead tape in years!
