I'm thinking about sending in my Newport 2 to get customized...How long does the process take and will it break the bank?

It takes about a month or two...depends on how busy they are...
As far as cost, it is relative to what you want!

You can go to the Scotty website and select Custom Shop from available menu and then select the Interactive Customization tool and it will walk you through all the custom shop options and as you pick & choose what you want done it keeps a running total of the cost. It's a nice way to "play around" and see what your wildest customization dreams would cost.
