My son, Andrew (16) got his first hole in one on 7/31/24. What made it even better was that he achieved this in competitive play during the 2nd round of the Buffalo District Golf Association Junior Amateur Stroke Play Championship at Willowbrook Golf Club in Lockport, NY. The shot took place on the 4th hole, a 168 yard par 3. Andrew had a 7 iron in his hand for the shot. He was using a pro V1x golf ball and Titleist T150 7-iron. What a shot it was.
