It was a 142 yard hole. I was going to hit an 8 iron, but there was a hurting wind so I hit a 7 iron. I saw the ball hit the green to the right of the pin and bounce left toward the pin. There is a hill in front of the green and all I could see was the top of the pin and the flagstick. I knew it would be close by the way it bounced toward the pin. When I got to the green and didn't see the ball I knew immediately it was in the hole because I knew I didn't hit it long and it wasn't anywhere on or near the green. This was my 2nd hole-in-one, 14 years after my first.
