It was just a regular day. My wife’s 13 yr old cousin was staying at our house for the week. And he had asked to go play golf with me. So I booked our tee time, drove us over to the course. With an overcast day we were the only ones on the course. The round seemed like just any other day. Until we pulled up to the par 3 184 yard 8th hole. Jokingly we said how crazy would it be if one of us got a hole in one. So I grab my 7 iron not knowing the magic that would ensue just moments later. I striped it right at the green to a front right pin. My ball lands just on the front of the green as I stand on the tee box admiring the shot I just hit. I stand there just a little longer and my balls ends up rolling 10 ft and drops into the hole. Of course we both freak out and start running around like we were 5 yrs old. Screaming and jumping around I decided to pull my phone out and record as we drove down to the green. As we pulled up he jumps out of the cart and runs up to the hole with the reaction “ITS IN THE HOLE!!” I than proceeded to film the ball sitting in the cup. Sending the video ti my father and best friend. Calling them to let them know, your boy just hit his first ever hole in one. Still one if my too 3 best days of my life, just shy behind meeting my future wife and our wedding day.
