First Hole in One - Dunes West #8

    This was my first Hole in One and second round this year since having my ACL done in April! It was AMAZING! I was playing with a few buddies at Dunes West in Mount Pleasant, SC. The hole was number 8 and 171 yards. I hit a 7 iron with no tee and it dropped about 10 feet short and double hopped then rolled in. It was one of the best feelings ever. I was playing a Titleist ball and will only play Titleist from here on out.

    That can be a tough little par three, all depending on the pin placement. Great course. Dunes West is on our Men's Interclub schedule in November of every year and fun to play. Congratulations on your accomplishment.

    Live down the road in the older part of Mt Pleasant. My wife and I had our 25th Anniversary at the club house by renewing our vows outside where you had your picture made. Open bar inside afterwards for the 100 guests.
    Reminded me of that special day in November 2002.
