  1. I had the fortunate luck of getting my first ever hole in one this year at Cedarbrook Golf Course in Belle Vernon Pennsylvania. As a newly elected Magisterial District Judge, I was invited to participate in the 24th Annual Defino/Haggerty MDJ Memorial Outing to remember those two long standing and greatly respected former Judges who were avid golfers, great Judicial Officers, and even better men. 52 Magisterial District Judges across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania played in the outing that day. Hole 15 was playing just over 160 yards into the wind and my 7 iron shot was right on line with the pin from the get go. I was fortunate to see it hit approximately 3 feet behind the hole and spin right back into the cup. It was really awesome to share that first milestone with fellow Judges in my group and with my fellow Judges afterwards at the banquet. I have always played and will continue to play Titleist brand balls as the competition isn't even close to performing as well. Congrats to all of my other fellow hole-in-one story submitters on this forum. I always thought I was never going to get one and I am blessed to be among the fortunate few!

Great shot! Out of curiosity, what was the over / under on how many times “Your honor, Your Honor?” Was uttered that day ? All joking side, congratulations on your election and the hole in one, Robert!
