Playing the par 3 third hole on a warm, sunny Wednesday (July 14/21) afternoon at Arrowsmith Golf & Country Club in Qualicum Beach, BC - 152 yards uphill to a partially hidden flag. I hit it well and towards the stick. Only upon arrival did we realize that one ball was missing from the putting surface. I thought perhaps my shot had sailed off the back side, but there was an uphill slope so that seemed unlikely. My good friend, Terry Mitchell, called out "Looky here" as he reached into the cup and pulled out my ball. A bit anti-climactic as nobody saw it go in the hole, but also a surreal moment to say the least.
