    I just bought a staff bag from a golf course 2-3 weeks ago. I like the bag which is embroidered with my name and Canada flag. I used it for a few rounds. I just found out the zipper not working properly today. The stitches came out. If I force to zip and unzip, the zipper won't last long. The golf course has closed for the season. What can I do with the bag?

    Hi Kit,

    If your course is closed and I'm assuming that's where you purchased the item, correct? You should be able to take it back to an authorized Titleist dealer and they should be able to assist you with that, since that appears to be a warranty issue.

    Try calling an authorized dealer first before you lug in your bag, but again, I'm pretty sure they will be able to help you out.

    Let us know what happens and hopefully it'll get fixed soon. Titleist's customer service is top notch and they take care of everything quickly.
