I have been playing the AVX and I like it. I know the Left Dash is also low spin. Two questions: Is it lower than AVX? And are the only (major) differences trajectory and compression?

Extremely different balls as you can learn in reading the information on the Balls tab on the main website. Compression is an old term used more to describe the technology in wound balls. The modern solid balls can have softer cores but harder covers and sound (feel) clicky or just the opposite as in the AVX. I would say the first thing you will notice between the AVX and LD will be that feel. AVX being the most muted of the lineup and LD being the firmest. You can always grab a sleeve of LD and take them out to the course. That’s always better than just hearing about which ones we like.
  3. Two entirely different balls as Dale pointed out. The AVX is a low flying, soft ball while the left dash is very firm and higher flying.

if you played the prov1 historially the AVX is a good choice to consider, if you played the prov1x historically the left dash is a good consideration.

    IMHO
