When I ordered my personalized balls I didn't get any say on the numbers (black, white, high, low, etc...) it would be cool to order up some 7's or 9's.

Some accounts purchase higher number golf balls which are available. You can special order them with your name on them or plain.

If your looking for them check out your local golf galaxy or local golf shop and inquire with the staff.

Same here, I was also wondering too

You can pick them up at most any retail golf shop.  The boxes are marked if they are high numbers.
