    A friend of mine is fairly new at golf. He has some older clubs but they are do-able. He was playing with some old junkie golf balls. I tossed him a ProV, he loved the feel of the ball so much better than the current ball he was using. I gave him a sleeve and he was so grateful. I will give him a few months and let him try my Titleist irons! Baby steps right :)

    Always. When new to golf it is often a good idea to stick with less expensive balls until the bug really hits. I'd suggest he get some of the Tour Soft balls and see what he thinks of those. Move to better clubs in similar manner to balls. As interest and ability improve, move up.

    Being a golf ambassador to your friend is a good thing- giving back to golf. Being a Titleist ambassador to your friend is even better- leading him on to a product with great quality and support.

    Good move on the ball! But it’s more a case of hoe often does he hit’em fat. Some guys in my league may never get a chance to bend my babies.
