    Got some gift cards from a one word big box sporting goods store that is primarily green...anyway, they had a special on customized Titleist balls, so I used the cards for them. I did notice on the box that they came from Ball Plant III. The 50 represents my college basketball number, and my initials are on the side. Perfection! The only problems are (1) I only want to use these balls, and (2) I really hate when I lose one. We have 2 feet of snow, so I have to do what I can to get my golf fix. I'm jealous of people who can play this time of year!

    very nice Scotty. I live in the northern tundra otherwise known as North Dakota. So I won't be hitting the links for a long time as well. Looks like putting in the basement and watching golf on TV will be my golf fix for the time being. :)

    Titleist will now need to release the AVX and include it in the custom numbering programs. I use 50 for a different personal reason and I want it to be unique. ;-)
    These beauties will demand you work on your ball striking now so on course they will stay on course. I do have heated booths that work when the temps are 10F.

    I would like to know how you can tell if the ProV1x are last years model or the new one model? I asked the clerk and he didn't know.

    I only play Titleist 91, the year I graduated from Annapolis. I won a dozen ProV1's at a tournament recently and not sure what to do with them, since they are 1-4's. I guess I'll use them as backups, or they may eventually go into the shag bag.
