If someone wrote a movie script about a player trying to win a Masters tournament and put in all the twists turns we saw on Sunday it would make for great theatre but everyone would say it couldn't really happen like that. Wow - that was a Masters that truly delivered everything one could hope for. Canadian Corey Conners in the hunt quietly grinding his way with a chance to catch the leaders. Reed - the villain as a past champion possibly sneaking into the lead to take the glory away from the star. Rose a sentimental favourite who lost in a playoff 8 years prior making a 20 foot putt that gave him a chance once again only to get crushed when the star drains his birdie putt on the first hole of another playoff. You can't make this stuff up... What a wonderful display of drama throughout the day. This is why we love this game and keep going back to beat ourselves up. We may not win the Masters, but on those days when we finally break 100, 90, 80, or even 70 - we write something on our ball and cherish the memory ! Congratulations Rory !!!
